Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Development Approvals, you will process – to approval – development applications pertaining to municipal servicing matters and undertake engineering analyses required due to development activity. More specifically, you will review and comment on development applications daily, as well as review and approve engineering drawings and site servicing plans for sewer and water capacity, stormwater management, shoring and tiebacks drawings and for servicing permit issuance. As a Development Coordinator, you will also be expected to prepare municipal servicing agreements, and present results in written and verbal formats to City staff, elected officials, and the public.

Reporting to the Commissioner ERMS, the Asset Management Director is accountable for leading and providing management, guidance and direction in developing and sustaining the corporate Asset Management program and overarching strategy which will provide a framework for managing the Region’s infrastructure and other assets. The Director will also lead the Asset Management Office (AMO) which operates as the corporate resource providing assistance to department stakeholders responsible for executing the Asset Management program within their operations.

Reporting to the Manager of Design and Construction in Engineering Services, the Design Engineer- Linear is responsible to manage a variety of small to large multi-disciplined capital projects from budget estimates, planning, procurement, environmental assessments, design and construction through to completion. The Design Engineer facilitates the project management of capital projects primarily in roads, water, sanitary and storm linear municipal infrastructure projects with effective leadership working with a diverse team of professionals.
