    As a Project Manager reporting to the Manager of Development Engineering, you will be relied upon to provide project management services, technical expertise and input on various development applications made under the Planning Act, to identify and coordinate infrastructure related comments and provide correspondence to Community Planning, Legal and Finance. Your duties will include review of engineering studies and plans (including servicing, stormwater management and geotechnical reports); determining the scope and cost of new City infrastructure required to support proposed developments; negotiating and reviewing development agreements to ensure that all infrastructure related matters are properly addressed; and overseeing construction of development related municipal infrastructure, including ensuring conformance to Division, Cluster, and Corporate standards.

Prepare consultant and contractor procurement documents and participate in selection and administration of these goods and services. To ensure that projects are completed within the annual budget limits; and to meet with government representatives and utility companies regarding capital construction projects.
