This survey is part of a study carried by the Municipal Engineers Association MEA, Ontario Good Roads Association OGRA and ORBA's Ontario Asphalt Pavement Council OAPC. The main objective of this study is to quantify the amount and practices of RAP stockpiling in Ontario.
The individual information from this survey will be kept confidential. The general results from the study will be used to educate municipal and provincial governments on the topic of responsible use of RAP in more road projects across the Ontario.
