As Supervisor, Corridor Management (Transportation), you will draw on your municipal infrastructure background, with expertise in traffic operations and engineering, as you supervise the planning and implementation of corridor management activities, including the review and approval of utility infrastructure work on, or adjacent to, Regional road allowances, railways, and Regional facilities. This role will also involve reviewing and approving illumination design and installations on Regional roads.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, and under the guidance of a senior staff, is responsible for carrying out
assignments for specific projects or programs; conducting activities related to environmental water/wastewater or
waste management programs or environmental assessment processes; assisting Department users with their
business requirements; processing water and wastewater system data to produce reports for internal and external
users; collecting and analyzing operational/condition data to produce reports, review and track project progress);
assisting in various projects and budget activities; and providing support in the research, design, analysis and
planning activities of the Branch. -

Under the direction of the Director of Public Works, the Manager of Engineering and Capital Works is responsible for the Engineering and GIS services and supporting the Director of Public Works in all capital works projects. The position is responsible for implementing policies of Council and directives of the Chief Administrative Officer, making recommendations to the Director regarding the revision of policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of services, public relations, and general engineering pertaining to the Municipality and provide any assistance to various boards and departments of the Municipality when required.
