    Provide a lead role in the development, implementation, and administration of asset management plans. Developing and implementing asset management policy and procedures; providing leadership to and working in partnership with City departments to develop an asset management work plan that is corporately integrated including multiple assets from different operations; providing the enthusiasm and momentum for asset related projects; and developing an on-going Asset Management Program that provides direction to long range strategic capital planning that is ISO 55000 aligned.

  • Responsible for managing projects related to the hydraulic analysis of the future and existing water, wastewater and stormwater systems. Liaises with planning and capital delivery to ensure hydraulics of water, wastewater and stormwater systems are maximized. Performs hydraulic condition assessment on water, wastewater and stormwater systems to inform capital project planning.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facility Assets, you will manage and oversee a variety of facility construction projects, including new construction, renovation, demolition, heritage restoration, repairs and maintenance projects. As a Project Manager within our Sustainability and Asset Management Department, you will be responsible for overall project management, including planning, financial and cost control, consultant and contract management, dispute resolution, troubleshooting, communications, public relations, and negotiations.

  • Reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure Engineering, is responsible for the planning and implementation of capital projects as part of the 10-year Capital program, including project management services for, condition assessments, technical studies, technical and process support and review of design and construction of wastewater treatment facilities, sewage pumping stations and odour control facilities.
