Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Asset Management, the Analyst - Corporate Asset Management will be responsible developing asset management strategies in alignment with the City’s long terms goals and vision. The incumbent will develop decision frameworks, business processes and tools that incorporate capital and operating budget development, prioritization, risk analysis, level of service and life cycle costing. The position will also collaborate with internal teams and manage consulting services to complete various types of projects including condition assessments, lifecycle analysis and forecasts, operations and maintenance standards development, capability and gap assessments, capital and operating budget forecasting and maintenance, and technical studies.
