As a Project Manager, Engineering Design & Construction, you will report to the Manager and assume responsibility for processing and facilitating drainage projects through the engineering investigation and approvals stages. This will include reviewing design and construction documents of municipal infrastructure related to drainage projects, as well as preparing Council reports, design and tender documents, and financial and servicing agreements.

Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Asset Management, the Analyst - Corporate Asset Management will be responsible developing asset management strategies in alignment with the City’s long terms goals and vision. The incumbent will develop decision frameworks, business processes and tools that incorporate capital and operating budget development, prioritization, risk analysis, level of service and life cycle costing. The position will also collaborate with internal teams and manage consulting services to complete various types of projects including condition assessments, lifecycle analysis and forecasts, operations and maintenance standards development, capability and gap assessments, capital and operating budget forecasting and maintenance, and technical studies. Reporting to the Manager of Program Development, Budgets and Contracts the Program Development Technician is the subject matter expert for the business application requirements for road and parks. The position will leverage the functionality of the applications to support the operational and strategic needs of the department. The Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining the technology solutions for the Roads and Parks Maintenance Department.
