Typically, the MEA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held during the MEA's annual Conference.  In addition, during the President's Banquet event at the Conference, the MEA presents its annual awards program.  With the cancellation of the Conference this year as a result of COVID-19, the MEA will be hosting a Virtual AGM and Awards Presentation commencing at 10:30 am on Thursday November 26, 2020.

The MEA will be using ZOOM webinar as its platform for the Virtual AGM and Awards Presentation.  All members will receive an email providing a link to the virtual event .  The AGM Agenda Package will be distributed electronically in advance of the AGM and in accordance with the MEA's bylaws.  The 2020 Awards Presentation will take place first, followed by the AGM.
