Tradeshow Booth Staff Registration

Tradeshow Only Registration:

Exhbitors at the 2025 MEA Conference Tradeshow may register additional booth staff to attend the conference at a discounted rate of $500 per person + HST.   Registration is valid to attend from Tuesday November 11 (4:00 pm) to Thursday, November 13, 2025 (1:00 pm).

Rate includes breakfast and lunches from Wednesday - Thursday (Nov. 12 - 13) and access to hospitlaity events on Tuesday November 11 and Wednesday November 12. 

Registration has now closed for MEA Conference 2025. If you wish to register additional staff for your booth, please contact Rishabh Sharma at rsharma@municipalengineers.on.ca.
