The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) provided the MEA a draft of their new Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Guide for Urban Construction. They requested we make this available to our members for comments. If this document is of interest to you, please send in comments using the instructions on the webpage listed below by May 3, 2019.
