Excess Soils Regulation - Implementation Deferred to January 1, 2023

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks recently announced an amendment to O. Reg. 388/22: On-Site and Excess Soil Management, formally deferring the implementation date to January 1, 2023. The MEA had previously requested the Minister to defer the implementation.
