The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies - Ontario (ACEC-Ontario) London Chapter's Stormwater Management (SWM) Working Group has been actively reviewing the impacts of the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks' (MECP) Consolidated Linear Infrastructure Environmental Compliance Approval (CLI-ECA) language as it pertains to Manufactured Treatment Devices (MTDs).

In a recent session hosted by MECP, the SWM Working Group presented an update on its findings and proposed solutions. The attached slide deck outlines the key points discussed during the presentation. CLICK HERE to view the presentation.

We are now seeking feedback on the content of this presentation. Your insights are crucial in helping refine and improve the proposed solutions to better address the challenges posed by the current CLI-ECA language.
