Are you interested in presenting at the 2025 MEA Conference? 

This year’s conference will be held in London at RBC Place Convention Centre from November 11 - 14, and will include technical presentations, tradeshow, tours, the annual East vs. West Hockey Classic, MEA Awards Luncheon, President’s Gala and several hospitality/networking events.

The theme of this year’s conference is:  Building for Tomorrow: Sustainable Infrastructure for Growing Cities.

If you are interested in making a technical presentation at this year's conference, please CLICK HERE to complete and submit an online application form and someone from the London Organizing Committee will contact you if you application is accepted.  

The deadline for presentation applications is June 20, 2025.
