OSPE is Offering a Course on Building Climate Resilient Communities

As climate change impacts communities across Canada, integrating climate and equity considerations into municipal planning is key to building resilience and ensuring reliable services.
Understanding Equity-Informed Climate Risk & Vulnerability Assessments, is a course offered by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE). Designed for municipalities, it provides municipal professionals with a foundation for assessing climate change risk and vulnerability assessments of community infrastructure through the level of service framework and with a focus on understanding disproportionate climate change impacts on all members in your municipality.
Course fee for MEA members/municipal staff = $125 + HST
