Webinar Description- Ontario’s move to Consolidated Linear Infrastructure Environmental Compliance Approvals (CLI-ECAs) is changing how municipalities manage wastewater and stormwater compliance. This session provides municipal engineers with a practical, implementation-focused overview of requirements, organizational impacts, and readiness considerations. Participants will gain clarity on governance, documentation, monitoring, and risk management strategies needed to support system-wide compliance.

Vardhini Parvatham, P.Eng.

Vardhini brings over 13 years of experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ontario. She specializes in hydraulic modeling, infrastructure planning, and Environmental Assessments, with advanced expertise in InfoWorks ICM and related modeling platforms. She supports municipalities in optimizing system performance and advancing compliance readiness under Ontario’s CLI-ECA framework.

 

Micheal Mooney, C.E.T.

Micheal has over 22 years of experience leading complex municipal infrastructure programs across Canada and the U.S., including large-scale capital portfolios. His expertise spans Municipal Class EAs, Master Servicing Plans, water and wastewater systems, and major linear infrastructure. He supports municipalities in strengthening governance, documentation, and operational readiness, including implementation strategies under Ontario’s Consolidated Linear Infrastructure Environmental Compliance Approvals (CLI-ECA).
